We hope that you will be pleased with the tiles that you have bought from Tile Empire. If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us within 14 days in re-saleable condition, in its full original carton/box and the range is still for sale via our website. 

 There will be a restocking charge of 10% of the goods returned. If you require Tile Empire to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).

 If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Tile Empire reserves the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.

If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.

If your tiles sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect, you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging.

If any of your order has gone missing, you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods so we can assist you further.

In the unlikely event of goods being lost, damaged or stolen whilst in the process of being returned to us, you as the customer will be responsible.
